Registration For God Rocks VBS

Please fill out this form to register your child for the God Rock Vacation Bible School to be held at Red Oak; Monday – Friday, August 4-8, 2008 from 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm, for ages 4 thru 6th grade. Families with more than one child registering are asked to please fill out a separate form for each child.
